1. Chúng tôi là ai

EWord là ứng dụng học từ vựng tiếng Anh qua bài luyện nối từ, do ông Vũ An Khang, cá nhân kinh doanh ("EWord", "chúng tôi"), phát triển và vận hành. Thông tin người bán đầy đủ ở Điều khoản sử dụng mục 6.2. Chúng tôi là bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khi bạn dùng ứng dụng EWord và trang eword.pro.vn, và là người chịu trách nhiệm bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

2. Độ tuổi

EWord dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên (mức tuổi trên Google Play và App Store). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của người dưới 16 tuổi. Nếu biết một tài khoản thuộc về người dưới 16 tuổi mà không có đồng ý của cha mẹ, chúng tôi sẽ ngừng xử lý và xoá tài khoản đó. Cha mẹ có thể báo cho chúng tôi qua email ở mục 1.

3. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

EWord không có trò chuyện bằng chữ giữa người chơi (chỉ có bộ sticker cố định) và không truy cập danh bạ, vị trí hay micro. Camera chỉ được dùng khi bạn bấm "Quét mã QR" để kết bạn; hình ảnh chỉ được xử lý trên máy để đọc mã, không được lưu hay gửi đi.

4. Mục đích sử dụng

1. Tạo và duy trì tài khoản, đăng nhập, đồng bộ tiến độ giữa các thiết bị.
2. Vận hành tính năng học (lịch ôn tập, buổi học) và trận đấu (ghép trận, tính điểm, xếp hạng).
3. Tính năng xã hội: bạn bè, thách đấu, bảng xếp hạng.
4. Gửi thông báo bạn đã bật (nhắc ôn, giữ chuỗi, lời mời…). Tin ưu đãi chỉ gửi khi bạn đồng ý (mặc định tắt).
5. An toàn cộng đồng: lọc tên, xử lý báo cáo, chống gian lận, khoá tài khoản vi phạm.
6. Thống kê gộp, ẩn danh để cải thiện sản phẩm (số người hoạt động theo ngày, tỉ lệ quay lại, doanh thu gộp). Ngoài bộ công cụ quảng cáo Google AdMob (mục 4.1), ứng dụng không cài công cụ phân tích hay theo dõi của bên thứ ba, và chúng tôi không theo dõi bạn qua ứng dụng/trang web khác.
7. Hiển thị quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá cho người dùng miễn phí, cấp phần thưởng khi bạn chọn xem quảng cáo có thưởng, xử lý báo cáo quảng cáo xấu (mục 4.1).
8. Bán và duy trì gói EWord Plus: xác minh giao dịch với cửa hàng, cấp và thu hồi quyền lợi, thông báo trước khi tự gia hạn, xử lý hoàn tiền và khiếu nại (mục 4.2).
9. Kế toán, thuế và đối soát doanh thu theo quy định pháp luật.
10. Tuân thủ pháp luật và giải quyết khiếu nại.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng dữ liệu của bạn để quảng cáo cá nhân hoá: quảng cáo trong EWord được yêu cầu ở chế độ không cá nhân hoá cho mọi người dùng (mục 4.1). Nếu sau này muốn dùng quảng cáo cá nhân hoá, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật chính sách này, báo trước và chỉ áp dụng khi bạn đồng ý.

Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành.

4.1 Quảng cáo (Google AdMob)

• Vì sao có quảng cáo: quảng cáo là cách EWord cung cấp miễn phí ứng dụng cho người không có gói EWord Plus, và là một phần của Điều khoản sử dụng (mục 6.7) bạn chấp nhận khi đăng nhập. Dữ liệu nêu dưới đây được xử lý để thực hiện thoả thuận đó, nên ứng dụng không hỏi riêng. Nếu không muốn thấy quảng cáo, bạn có thể mua gói EWord Plus. EWord không dùng quảng cáo cá nhân hoá; nếu sau này dùng, chúng tôi chỉ áp dụng khi bạn đồng ý riêng, và việc từ chối không ảnh hưởng tới việc dùng ứng dụng.
• EWord có thể hiển thị quảng cáo cho người dùng không có gói EWord Plus, qua dịch vụ Google AdMob của Google. Quảng cáo chỉ xuất hiện ở các lúc chuyển màn (ví dụ khi chờ ghép trận, sau khi học xong một buổi, khi về sảnh sau trận) hoặc khi bạn tự chọn xem để nhận thưởng — không xuất hiện trong lúc học, ôn tập hay đang đấu.
• Quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá cho mọi người: ứng dụng luôn yêu cầu AdMob chỉ hiện quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá, ở mức nội dung phù hợp mọi lứa tuổi. Quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá được chọn theo ngữ cảnh (ví dụ ứng dụng đang dùng, vị trí gần đúng suy từ địa chỉ IP, ngôn ngữ), không dựa trên hồ sơ sở thích hay hoạt động của bạn ở ứng dụng/trang web khác. Trên iOS, ứng dụng không xin quyền theo dõi (App Tracking Transparency) nên không cung cấp mã quảng cáo IDFA.
• Dữ liệu AdMob thu trực tiếp từ thiết bị khi hiện quảng cáo: mã quảng cáo của thiết bị (Android Advertising ID) hoặc mã nhận diện ứng dụng do Google cấp, địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, thông tin ứng dụng, lượt hiển thị / bấm vào quảng cáo, dữ liệu chẩn đoán. Với các dữ liệu này, Google là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu độc lập: Google dùng chúng để phân phối quảng cáo, giới hạn số lần hiện, đo lường gộp, chống gian lận và lạm dụng — kể cả với quảng cáo không cá nhân hoá — theo chính sách và điều khoản bảo vệ dữ liệu của Google: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Dữ liệu được xử lý trên máy chủ của Google ở nước ngoài (mục 5). EWord không gửi cho AdMob tên, email, mã người dùng hay dữ liệu học tập / trận đấu của bạn.
• Người dùng được khai báo dưới 16 tuổi (chỉ khi EWord mở chế độ có đồng ý của cha mẹ): không thấy quảng cáo; ứng dụng không khởi động bộ công cụ AdMob.
• Người có gói EWord Plus và người thuộc nhóm không quảng cáo không thấy quảng cáo; với những người này ứng dụng không khởi động bộ công cụ AdMob.
• Nhóm không quảng cáo (thí nghiệm): để đo ảnh hưởng của quảng cáo tới trải nghiệm, khoảng 5 % người dùng được máy chủ EWord chọn ngẫu nhiên vào nhóm không thấy quảng cáo. Việc chọn nhóm diễn ra trong hệ thống của EWord; kết quả chỉ được dùng ở dạng số liệu gộp và chúng tôi không gửi thông tin nhóm hay thông tin định danh của bạn cho bên thứ ba.
• Quảng cáo có thưởng: bạn tự chọn xem để nhận thưởng (ví dụ nhân đôi xu). EWord ghi lượt xem và phần thưởng vào sổ giao dịch xu để áp dụng giới hạn mỗi ngày. Người có gói EWord Plus nhận các phần thưởng này mà không cần xem quảng cáo.
• Báo quảng cáo xấu: khi bạn bấm "Báo quảng cáo xấu", EWord ghi lại vị trí, thời điểm và mã nhận diện của quảng cáo đó để chặn nhà quảng cáo hoặc loại quảng cáo vi phạm.
• Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị, hoặc mua gói EWord Plus để không thấy quảng cáo.

4.2 Gói EWord Plus

• Việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store thực hiện theo điều khoản của cửa hàng. EWord nhận từ cửa hàng: mã giao dịch / mã mua hàng, gói, loại gói (trả trước / tự gia hạn), thời hạn, trạng thái gia hạn và hoàn tiền — không nhận số thẻ hay thông tin thanh toán.
• Ứng dụng gắn giao dịch với tài khoản EWord của bạn bằng một mã không lộ danh tính (mã băm của mã người dùng) để quyền lợi dùng được trên mọi thiết bị và để chống dùng chung giao dịch.
• Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu này để cấp và thu hồi quyền lợi (kể cả huỷ tự gia hạn trên Google Play khi tài khoản bị khoá vĩnh viễn — Điều khoản sử dụng mục 4), nhắc khi gói trả trước sắp hết hạn, gửi thông báo trước khi tự gia hạn (hộp thư trong ứng dụng và thông báo đẩy loại giao dịch — gửi cả khi bạn tắt tin ưu đãi), xử lý hoàn tiền, khiếu nại và làm chứng từ kế toán, thuế.
• Tài khoản Khách phải liên kết Google / Facebook / Apple trước khi mua.
• Mã quà tặng: dùng đăng nhập Google / Facebook / Apple tại eword.pro.vn/redeem để tìm tài khoản đã liên kết và cấp quyền lợi của mã (Điều khoản mục 6.9).

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên cung cấp dịch vụ cần thiết để vận hành EWord, theo điều khoản xử lý dữ liệu của từng nhà cung cấp:

Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài: một số bên ở bảng trên (Google, Meta, Apple, Sentry, Grafana Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Zoho) xử lý dữ liệu trên máy chủ ở nước ngoài. Máy chủ ứng dụng và cơ sở dữ liệu của EWord đặt tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi lập hồ sơ đánh giá tác động chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân ra nước ngoài theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, gửi cơ quan có thẩm quyền trong thời hạn luật định, và chỉ dùng nhà cung cấp có cam kết bảo vệ dữ liệu.

Người chơi khác thấy gì:

• Tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, khung và trang phục đang dùng, hạng và điểm mùa trên bảng xếp hạng. Nếu bạn chọn ảnh từ Google / Facebook làm ảnh đại diện, người chơi khác thấy ảnh đó (trừ khi bạn bật "Ẩn danh với người lạ"). Gỡ liên kết tài khoản đó hoặc đổi sang ảnh khác bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt.
• Mã kết bạn chỉ hiện cho bạn bè và người đang có lời mời kết bạn với bạn.
• Chi tiết trận đấu (từ đã chơi, điểm từng lượt) chỉ hai người trong trận xem được.
• Khi bật "Ẩn danh với người lạ", người không phải bạn bè chỉ thấy "Người chơi #xxxx", không có ảnh và mã kết bạn; bạn bè vẫn thấy tên thật của bạn.

Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu khi cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền yêu cầu theo pháp luật.

7. Quyền của bạn

Trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt › Tài khoản & quyền riêng tư) bạn có thể:

• Xem và sửa hồ sơ, cài đặt, nhóm thông báo.
• Tải dữ liệu của tôi: nhận 1 file nén (.zip) chứa dữ liệu dạng JSON gồm hồ sơ, kho từ, lịch sử học và trận đấu (tối đa 1 lần / 24 giờ).
• Xoá tài khoản (quyền xoá dữ liệu theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân) — chọn xoá ngay, không khôi phục hoặc xoá sau 30 ngày (khôi phục được trong thời gian đó): trong ứng dụng, hoặc trên web tại eword.pro.vn/account-deletion (đăng nhập lại bằng tài khoản mạng xã hội đã liên kết để xác nhận chủ tài khoản — không cần cài ứng dụng; hiện hỗ trợ Google và Facebook; Apple sẽ được bổ sung). Hướng dẫn và danh sách dữ liệu bị xoá: eword.pro.vn/delete-account.
• Rút đồng ý nhận tin ưu đãi bất cứ lúc nào.
• Quảng cáo: đặt lại / xoá mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị; bấm "Báo quảng cáo xấu" khi gặp quảng cáo không phù hợp; mua gói EWord Plus để không thấy quảng cáo.
• Gói EWord Plus: xem trạng thái gói ở "Quản lý gói"; huỷ tự gia hạn trong phần gói đăng ký của Google Play / App Store. Xoá tài khoản EWord không tự huỷ gói trên cửa hàng và EWord không huỷ gói thay bạn — nếu bạn có gói tự gia hạn, ứng dụng sẽ nhắc bạn huỷ trong cửa hàng trước khi xoá tài khoản; hãy huỷ để không bị trừ tiền kỳ sau.
• Ẩn danh với người lạ, chặn và báo cáo người chơi khác.

Khi bạn xoá tài khoản, dữ liệu giao dịch mua gói không bị xoá ngay mà được tách khỏi tài khoản và giữ tới hết thời hạn lưu chứng từ kế toán (mục 6), vì đây là nghĩa vụ lưu trữ theo pháp luật.

Tài khoản đang bị khoá không đăng nhập được vào ứng dụng hay trang web: hãy gửi email tới support@eword.pro.vn từ email của tài khoản đã liên kết; sau khi xác minh, chúng tôi xoá vĩnh viễn ngay.

Tài khoản Khách: tài khoản Khách không gắn với email hay tài khoản mạng xã hội nào, nên chỉ xoá được trong ứng dụng, trên thiết bị đang dùng tài khoản đó. Khi bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng (hoặc đổi máy) mà chưa liên kết Google/Facebook/Apple, chúng tôi không có cách xác định bạn là chủ tài khoản, nên không thể xoá, xuất hay sửa dữ liệu của tài khoản đó theo yêu cầu. Tài khoản Khách không chứa email, tên thật hay ảnh của bạn. Hãy xoá tài khoản Khách trước khi gỡ ứng dụng, hoặc liên kết Google/Facebook/Apple để giữ quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu. Tài khoản Khách không mở ứng dụng trong 90 ngày sẽ tự động bị xoá vĩnh viễn.

Các quyền khác theo pháp luật (phản đối, hạn chế xử lý, khiếu nại): gửi email tới support@eword.pro.vn. Bạn cũng có quyền khiếu nại, khởi kiện theo quy định của pháp luật, bao gồm khởi kiện tại Tòa án nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

8. Bảo mật

Kết nối được mã hoá (HTTPS/TLS). Mật khẩu của bạn do Google/Facebook/Apple quản lý — EWord không lưu mật khẩu. Mã phiên chỉ lưu dạng băm; email của cha mẹ (nếu có) được mã hoá. Quyền truy cập dữ liệu của nhân sự được giới hạn theo vai trò và ghi nhật ký. Khi có sự cố lộ lọt dữ liệu, chúng tôi thông báo cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền và người bị ảnh hưởng theo thời hạn pháp luật quy định.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi thông báo trong ứng dụng ít nhất 15 ngày trước khi áp dụng (trừ thay đổi vì lý do pháp lý hoặc an toàn) và, nếu pháp luật yêu cầu, xin đồng ý lại. Phiên bản và ngày hiệu lực ghi ở đầu trang.

1. Who we are

EWord is an app for learning English vocabulary through word-chain practice, developed and operated by Mr Vũ An Khang, an individual business (cá nhân kinh doanh) ("EWord", "we"). Full seller details are in the Terms of Service, section 6.2. We are the controller and processor of your personal data when you use the EWord app and the eword.pro.vn website, and the person responsible for protecting personal data.

2. Age

EWord is for people aged 16 and over (the age rating on Google Play and the App Store). We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16 without parental consent, we stop processing and delete that account. Parents can tell us at the email in section 1.

3. Data we collect

EWord has no text chat between players (only a fixed set of stickers) and does not access your contacts, location or microphone. The camera is used only when you tap "Scan QR code" to add a friend; images are processed on your device to read the code and are never stored or sent.

4. How we use data

1. Create and maintain your account, sign you in, sync progress across devices.
2. Run learning features (review schedule, lessons) and matches (matchmaking, scoring, ratings).
3. Social features: friends, challenges, leaderboards.
4. Send the notifications you turned on (review reminders, streak, requests…). Promotional messages only with your consent (off by default).
5. Community safety: name filtering, handling reports, anti-cheat, locking violating accounts.
6. Aggregate, anonymous statistics to improve the product (daily active users, retention, aggregate revenue). Apart from the Google AdMob advertising SDK (section 4.1), the app contains no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
7. Show non-personalised ads to free users, grant rewards when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, handle ad reports (section 4.1).
8. Sell and maintain the EWord Plus subscription: verify purchases with the store, grant and revoke benefits, notify you before auto-renewal, handle refunds and complaints (section 4.2).
9. Accounting, tax and revenue reconciliation as required by law.
10. Comply with the law and resolve complaints.

We do not sell personal data and do not use your data for personalised advertising: ads in EWord are requested in non-personalised mode for every user (section 4.1). If we ever want to use personalised ads, we will update this policy, notify you in advance and apply it only with your consent.

We process personal data under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and its implementing regulations.

4.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

• Why there are ads: ads are how EWord offers the app free of charge to people without EWord Plus, and they are part of the Terms of Service (section 6.7) that you accept when you sign in. The data described below is processed to perform that agreement, so the app does not ask for it separately. If you don't want to see ads, you can buy EWord Plus. EWord does not use personalised ads; if we ever do, we will apply them only with your separate consent, and declining will not affect your use of the app.
• EWord may show ads to users without an EWord Plus subscription, through Google's Google AdMob service. Ads appear only at transitions (for example while waiting for a match, after finishing a lesson, when returning to the lobby after a match) or when you choose to watch one for a reward — never during lessons, reviews or matches.
• Non-personalised ads for everyone: the app always asks AdMob for non-personalised ads only, rated suitable for all ages. Non-personalised ads are chosen from context (for example the app being used, approximate location derived from your IP address, language), not from an interest profile or your activity in other apps or websites. On iOS the app does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), so it does not provide the IDFA advertising identifier.
• Data AdMob collects directly from your device when showing ads: the device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) or an app identifier issued by Google, IP address, device type, operating system, language, app information, ad impressions / clicks and diagnostic data. For this data, Google is an independent data controller: Google uses it to serve ads, cap frequency, measure in aggregate and prevent fraud and abuse — including for non-personalised ads — under Google's policies and data protection terms: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The data is processed on Google's servers outside Vietnam (section 5). EWord does not send AdMob your name, email, user ID or learning / match data.
• Users declared under 16 (only when EWord enables its parental-consent mode): see no ads; the app does not start the AdMob SDK.
• EWord Plus subscribers and users in the no-ads group see no ads; for them the app does not start the AdMob SDK.
• No-ads group (experiment): to measure how ads affect the experience, about 5% of users are randomly assigned by EWord's servers to a group that sees no ads. Assignment happens inside EWord's systems; results are used only as aggregate figures and we do not share your group or any identifying information with third parties.
• Rewarded ads: you choose to watch them for a reward (for example double coins). EWord records views and rewards in your coin ledger to apply daily limits. EWord Plus subscribers get these rewards without watching ads.
• Report this ad: when you tap "Report this ad", EWord records the placement, time and identifier of that ad so we can block the advertiser or the offending ad category.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or subscribe to EWord Plus to see no ads.

4.2 EWord Plus subscription

• Payment is processed by Google Play or the App Store under the store's terms. EWord receives from the store: the transaction / purchase ID, plan, plan type (prepaid / auto-renewing), term, and renewal and refund status — never card numbers or payment details.
• The app links the purchase to your EWord account with a non-identifying code (a hash of your user ID), so benefits work on all your devices and purchases can't be shared between accounts.
• We use this data to grant and revoke benefits (including turning off auto-renewal on Google Play when an account is permanently banned — Terms of Service section 4), remind you when a prepaid plan is about to expire, send notices before auto-renewal (in-app inbox and transaction-type push notifications — sent even if you turned off promotional messages), handle refunds and complaints, and keep accounting and tax records.
• Guest accounts must link Google / Facebook / Apple before purchasing.
• Gift codes: we use your Google / Facebook / Apple sign-in at eword.pro.vn/redeem to find your linked account and grant the code's benefits (Terms section 6.9).

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run EWord, under each provider's data processing terms:

Transfers outside Vietnam: some of the parties in the table above (Google, Meta, Apple, Sentry, Grafana Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Zoho) process data on servers outside Vietnam. EWord's application servers and database are located in Vietnam. We prepare an impact assessment dossier for transferring personal data abroad under the Personal Data Protection Law, submit it to the competent authority within the time limit set by law, and use only providers that have committed to protecting data.

What other players see:

• Your display name, avatar, equipped frame and outfit, and your tier and season points on leaderboards. If you choose your Google / Facebook picture as your avatar, other players see that picture (unless you turn on "Anonymous to strangers"). You can unlink that account or switch to another picture at any time in Settings.
• Your friend code is shown only to your friends and to people with a pending friend request with you.
• Match details (words played, points per turn) are visible only to the two players in the match.
• With "Anonymous to strangers" on, people who aren't your friends see only "Player #xxxx", with no picture or friend code; your friends still see your real name.

We may disclose data when a competent authority requests it in accordance with the law.

In the app (Settings › Account & privacy) you can:

• View and edit your profile, settings and notification groups.
• Download my data: receive one compressed file (.zip) with your data in JSON — profile, word bank, learning and match history (at most once every 24 hours).
• Delete your account (your right to erasure under the Personal Data Protection Law) — choose delete now, no recovery or delete after 30 days (restorable during that time): in the app, or on the web at eword.pro.vn/account-deletion (sign in again with your linked social account to confirm ownership — no app needed; Google and Facebook are supported now, Apple is coming). Guide and list of deleted data: eword.pro.vn/delete-account.
• Withdraw consent to promotional messages at any time.
• Ads: reset / delete your advertising ID in your device settings; tap "Report this ad" for an inappropriate ad; subscribe to EWord Plus to see no ads.
• EWord Plus: see your plan status under "Manage subscription"; turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play / App Store subscriptions. Deleting your EWord account does not cancel your store subscription, and EWord does not cancel it for you — if you have an auto-renewing plan, the app reminds you to cancel it in the store before deleting your account; do so to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Use Anonymous to strangers, block and report other players.

When you delete your account, purchase records are not deleted immediately: they are detached from your account and kept until the accounting retention period ends (section 6), because the law requires us to keep them.

Locked accounts can't sign in to the app or website: email support@eword.pro.vn from the email of your linked account; after verification we delete the account permanently right away.

Guest accounts: a guest account is not tied to any email or social account, so it can only be deleted in the app, on the device using it. Once you've uninstalled the app (or changed devices) without linking Google/Facebook/Apple, we have no way to confirm you own the account, so we can't delete, export or correct its data on request. Guest accounts contain no email, real name or photo. Delete your guest account before uninstalling, or link Google/Facebook/Apple to keep control of your data. Guest accounts that aren't opened for 90 days are permanently deleted automatically.

For other legal rights (objection, restriction, complaints) email support@eword.pro.vn. You may also file complaints or lawsuits as provided by law, including a lawsuit at the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City.

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your password is managed by Google/Facebook/Apple — EWord never stores passwords. Session tokens are stored only as hashes; parents' emails (if any) are encrypted. Staff access to data is limited by role and logged. If a data breach occurs, we notify the competent authority and affected people within the time limits required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

For significant changes we notify you in the app at least 15 days before they take effect (except changes required for legal or safety reasons) and ask for consent again where the law requires. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
